Mike Coble
Mike Coble earned his undergraduate degree in Business Real Estate from the University of Arizona in 1992, followed by his law degree from the Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 1997. With over 26 years of experience in the industrial real estate industry, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge, insight, and dedication to his work.
Outside the office, Mike enjoys a full and active life with his wife of nearly 30 years and their two daughters. Whether he's out on the golf course, boating, or simply spending quality time with his family, Mike values the balance between hard work and making meaningful memories.
Rob Coble
Rob Coble graduated from Indiana University in 1988 and stepped into the real estate world just a year later. Since then, he’s built a long-standing career as a trusted real estate broker in the Indianapolis area—steadily navigating the market like a seasoned captain guiding his ship through changing tides.
Rob is a proud father of three daughters and one son, all of whom are the heart of his world. Whether he's sharing laughs with his kids or enjoying the quiet of the outdoors, Rob makes the most of life beyond the office. In his free time, you'll likely find him out on the golf course or in the woods, embracing the peace and challenge both hobbies bring.
Chris Roark
Chris is a lifelong member of the Indianapolis community with deep roots in the building trades. After completing two years at a vocational school focused on construction, he entered the roofing industry—where he’s built a successful career spanning over 30 years.
Known for his strong relationships and commitment to quality, Chris took a leap of faith to start his own company—driven by a desire to better serve his clients and foster a positive, team-focused work environment.
Outside of work, Chris is a devoted husband of 25 years and proud father to two sons. He values nothing more than family time, and when he’s not on the job, you’ll likely find him outdoors—hunting, boating, or simply enjoying the quiet moments that matter most.
Bob Rozzi
Born and raised in Logansport, Indiana, Bob brings over 36 years of experience in the roofing industry. His deep knowledge, work ethic, and dedication have earned him recognition throughout his career—including being named a Firestone Master Contractor every year from 2004 to 2017.
Outside of work, Bob enjoys golfing, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family. He’s been happily married for 18 years and is a proud father of three and grandfather to three wonderful grandchildren. Whether on the job or off, Bob is known for his loyalty, warmth, and passion for what he does.
